HOW DOES RETURN WORK?
Once you receive your item, you can return it to us for free within 30 days . Simply follow these steps:|
Declare your return |

Select the item you wish to return and indicate the reason for the return. |

Generate the QR code or print the return label. |
|
|
Pack the items preferably using the original packaging. |
|
|
Hand the package over to the carrier. You will receive information about the progress of your return by email. |
How to proceed?

Is the return free?
With us, returns are free. Our dedicated returns portal will allow you to easily register your return and download the return label.
How long do I have to return the item?
At BIRKENSTOCK, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return the item(s) to us.
In a normal case, how long does it take to get reimbursed?
The refunded amount can be credited to your account up to 14 days after the date the return was handed over to the delivery company.
For payments via PayPal, refunds may take up to five additional business days after authorization.
For credit card payments, refunds may also be processed up to five additional business days after authorization.

How can I get a refund for returned items?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will receive confirmation by email. If you have already paid for the returned item(s), we will refund the corresponding amount using the payment method with which you paid for your order.
Can I exchange the item I ordered?
Exchanges are excluded.
If you ordered shoes in the wrong size or end up choosing a different color, please order the new item and return the one already delivered to you free of charge using our returns portal.

Can I return items I purchased from a BIRKENSTOCK online store to a retailer's point of sale and vice versa?
When you wish to return a BIRKENSTOCK product purchased from our online store, please use our dedicated returns portal to register your return and quickly and easily download your pre-paid return label.
I purchased a BIRKENSTOCK product from another retailer (national or international, online or offline). Can I return the item to you?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other national or international retailers and have no control over independent retailers and their return policies. This applies to online stores and retail outlets of other retailers. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your item and return the item in accordance with their return policy.
